General Reservations & Special Event Reservations
(Pick-Up/Drop-Off Services, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Corporate Events, Weddings, Concerts, Sporting Events, and All Special Occasions)
- All reservations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is received, and the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved exclusively for the client.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service date:
- The client will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. The deposit is non-refundable and applied toward this charge.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled service date:
- The client is responsible for 100% of the total reservation amount.
- No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted.
Any request to modify the date, time, vehicle type, pickup/drop-off details, or service duration within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service date will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable charges above.
Emergency Cancellation Policy
Note: Cancellations claimed due to an emergency must be supported by valid proof of the incident. Documentation may be requested and is subject to review.
- If acceptable proof is provided, the company may, at its sole discretion, issue a service credit for future use.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If proof is not provided or is deemed insufficient, the standard cancellation policy will apply in full.
Additional Terms
- All cancellation charges are applied to compensate for vehicle allocation, chauffeur scheduling, and lost booking opportunities.
- The company reserves the right to decline future bookings from clients with repeated cancellations or charge disputes.
